CTtec FZCO operates this website. For privacy questions, access, correction or deletion requests, contact info@cttec.ae. We will assess requests in accordance with applicable law and necessary recordkeeping obligations.
Information provided directly
When you contact us, request a quote, or register for an event, you may provide your name, business or organization, contact details, region and project or event information. We use this information to respond to your request, deliver requested services or event communications and administer the relevant records. Enquiry and event messages may be delivered to authorized CTtec staff or relevant organizers. Sending an enquiry or registering for an event does not itself subscribe you to marketing.
Essential website technologies
The website uses technical mechanisms necessary to provide secure forms and authenticated Admin functions, such as session handling, CSRF protection and anti-abuse controls. The site may record ordinary server request and security information needed to operate and protect its services. The browser may also store your analytics choice locally so that we can remember it.
Optional Google Analytics 4
If CTtec enables Google Analytics 4 on the public website, it asks for your permission before loading the Google Analytics tag. If you accept, Google may receive information about page visits, browser or device characteristics and online identifiers, including cookies. CTtec uses aggregated reporting to understand site usage and improve content. We do not intentionally include enquiry form fields, contact details, event registration data or private joining links in analytics events. The website is designed to avoid analytics tracking on Admin, API and private event confirmation pages.
Google's processing and its cookies are explained in Google's Privacy Policy. Google may process information outside your country. Google Analytics reporting retention and related settings are controlled in the linked Google property; CTtec does not promise a fixed deletion interval that has not yet been confirmed.
Your analytics choice
Analytics is optional. If GA4 is configured, you can choose Reject analytics or Accept analytics in the website's analytics panel, and use Analytics privacy settings later to withdraw or change that choice. Rejecting analytics prevents the site from loading the optional Google tag on subsequent pages; withdrawal also attempts to remove accessible first-party Google Analytics cookies. Data already sent to Google cannot be recalled by clearing browser cookies. You may also use browser privacy controls.
Information storage and sharing
Business enquiries and event records are kept in CTtec's website systems and related email delivery systems. Access is intended for authorized personnel handling your request or event. The relevant hosting, mail and analytics providers may process information to supply those services. Records are kept for business, service and legal purposes; specific retention periods vary by record type and require operational confirmation before a fixed schedule is published. We do not state that all records are deleted automatically.
