Information collected
We collect the full name, email address, phone number and company you provide, and any optional job title or country you choose to enter.
Why we use it
We use this information to register you for the requested event, send the event invitation, and notify the event organizer. Registration does not include consent to unrelated marketing communications.
Access and retention
Access is restricted to authorized CTtec administrators and the configured organizer. A provisional retention period of 12 months after the event is being reviewed; no automatic deletion will be performed until the final policy has been authorized.
